Experience horseback riding on the Peruvian Paso Horse, a smooth ride, in the Sacred Valley. Stunning views of the Andes Mountains riding from the Hacienda in Urubamba a town in the Sacred Valley to the Maras salt ponds and then to the impressive Moray circular depressions. A wonderful day full of fun and adventure.
Depart from Cusco, or the Sacred Valley in the morning in private transportation to the Hacienda in Urubamba, a town in the Sacred Valley of the Incas, where you will receive a safety briefing and tips for riding and gear. Hop on the Peruvian Paso horse and ride it to the Maras salt ponds enjoying the beautiful landscapes. Then walk to the viewpoint for spectacular views of the salt pans spread out in the middle of the mountains. A very picturesque moment to take pictures. Ride your horse to the town of Maras where you will enjoy a Peruvian lunch. After lunch, we continue the excitement riding to the Moray circular depressions where you will have time to explore. Afterward, we will ride back to the hacienda following the Vilcanota river, crossing the two suspended bridges of “Tarabamba” and “Paucarbamba. Arrive in the Hacienda and private transfer back to Cusco. A full day of enjoyment in nature riding the Peruvian Paso Horses with a soft gait.
